Terms of Service
This is a basic terms draft for launch preparation. Legal review is recommended before release.
1. Using the Service
ScriptLAB provides video uploads and playback, community feeds, comments, likes, and external-device connections. You must comply with applicable law and these Terms when using the service.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for protecting access to your account and password. Notify the service team promptly if you suspect account theft or unauthorized use.
3. Content Policy
You may not publish content that infringes another person's rights or contains illegal material, hate, harassment, spam, malware, or material inappropriate for minors. The service team may hide content or restrict accounts following a report or internal review.
4. External Devices
Connections to external devices such as The Handy operate using information that you provide. Sensitive information is handled through server APIs and is not displayed again in the client interface.
5. Limitation of Liability
We work to provide a reliable service, but cannot accept all liability for temporary interruptions caused by network outages, changes to external APIs, or the user's environment.
6. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may change as the service evolves or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated through an in-service announcement or notification.
